ESSENTIALS OF PATIENT COMMUNICATION AND HANDLING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS CONDUCTED BY DR. INDU ARNEJA

Sharda Hospital organized a function to celebrate National Doctor's Day on the 3rd July, 2023. The highlight of the event was a workshop on "Essentials of Patient Communication and Handling Difficult Conversations," conducted by Dr. Indu Arneja, the Founder Director of the Indian Institute of Healthcare Communication. 
Dr. Arneja provided valuable insights and strategies to enhance doctors' skills in patient communication, including building rapport, conveying complex medical information, and managing difficult conversations with patients and their families.
The Chief Operating Officer of Sharda Hospital, Ms. G. Bhagyalaxmi, and the Medical Superintendent of Sharda Hospital, Dr. A K Gadpayle graced the celebration.
