Patients Rights

  • To be provided health care services without any discrimination due to race ,colour, religion, country / state of origin.
  • To be treated with respect and dignity
  • To have privacy and confidentiality of personal information.
  • To receive sales and quality healthcare
  • To know the identity and professional status of individuals providing healthcare services.
  • To be informed about services, treatment options, procedure to be performed and estimated costs in a clear and explicit manner.
  • To refuse the treatment at any point of time.
  • To be protected against any assault, manhandling and negligence.
  • To ask for an interpreter if he/she cannot understand the language of community
  • To access his/her medical records at any time in medical record department

Patients Responsibilites

  • To provide accurate information about their health status; past illnesses and health problems, hospitalization, allergies and the current or past use of medications
  • To read and understand all medical forms including consent form thoroughly before signing
  • To follow the prescription, other medical advice and instruction as given by the treating doctor
  • To be considerate/respectful for the right of other patients and their attendants, visitors and members of the staff
  • To make timely payments of the hospital bills
  • To respect the visiting timing and not to bring along children below 12 years as visitors
  • To not smoke or spit inside the hospital premises
  • To maintain silence in the hospital premises
  • To not carry any arms/ammunitions, alcohol/unauthorized drugs and flowers in the hospital premises
  • To follow the hospital rules and not engage in any activity that can disrupt the work of the hospital

Visiting Hours

Morning 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Evening 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Visiting Guidelines

  • Attendant pass is allotted to the attendant who can stay 24 hours with the patient.
  • Visitors passes are allotted at the time of admission, who can meet the patient during visiting hours.
  • No entry will be permitted out of visiting hours

ICU Visiting Hours

Morning 11:30am to 12:00 pm
Evening 6:30pm to 7:00pm

ICU Guidelines

  • Attendant pass is allowed with the patient at a time.
  • Pass will be issued at the time of admission by Front desk Executive, Billing Department.
  • Entry is strictly prohibited without visitor pass.
  • Visitor Pass is the property of Sharda Hospital.
  • Inurance

    Medical insurance is acceptable according to the guidelines of your insurance service provider.

  • Billing

    Patients can make the payment by Cash/Demand Draft /Credit/Debit Cards.

  • Financial Assistance

    Best treatment at almost negligible for needy people is what Sharda Hospital promises.

  • Mediclaim Policy

    Mediclaim help desk to solve queries of the patients getting treatment under mediclaim.

  • Parking

    Ample parking space to park the vehicles of patients and visitors.
