ORGANISED A PROGRAMME FOR THE STAFF ON THE TOPIC OF

HR department - Sharda Hospital recently organised a programme for the staff on the topic of "Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace – The Act & Policy." This program was designed to raise awareness and promote a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.
Participants were provided with exhaustive information regarding workplace sexual harassment laws and regulations during the programme. The session covered a variety of topics, including the definition of sexual harassment, its various manifestations, and the legal framework in place to address such issues.
