Prompt Diagnosis Saved this Man the Hassle of a Surgery

Overview

During a regular check-up, Ranjan was diagnosed with Leukemia and was suggested to undergo a surgery at the soonest.
Before the surgery he consulted the experienced Dr. P.L. Kariholu, (Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Sharda Hospital), who also happens to be his neighbour. Dr. Kariholu suggested imaging tests for better case insights. 

To his surprise, Dr. Kariholu ruled out the possibility of surgery and suggested that the tumor could be treated through chemotherapy sessions.
Ranjan was pleasantly relieved about the possibilities of getting back to normal routine without a surgery. 
The neoadjuvant chemotherapy was used to shrink the tumor cells.
